Ms. Vimala Suppaiah
Ms.Vimala Suppaiah was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2008. She completed her law degree at the University of Malaya in 2007. She is the founder and managing partner of Vimala Kasturi & Partners which was previously known as Vimala & Partners.
During her early period of practice, Ms.Vimala handled numerous contentious litigation matters including commercial & corporate litigation, banking litigation, construction litigation, debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment, family and other general litigation matters.
Ms.Vimala has extensive experience in all aspects of Matrimonial Law, including Contested & Uncontested Divorce and Mediation. Other areas include preparation of Deed of Separation and advising clients on other matrimonial issues such as Domestic Violence & Home Exclusion, Child Custody & Support, Matrimonial Assets Division and Maintenance.
She takes a personal effort to ensure that her clients get her personal and specialised attention and goes beyond her obligations as a lawyer to aid her clients and ex-clients to get back on their feet by collaborating with relevant institutions like counseling and mediate centers for post-divorce recovery. Her empathetic nature and extensive experience have gained her the trust and respect of many satisfied clients.

Ms. Kasturi Rajamani
Ms. Kasturi Rajamani is a graduate from University Utara Malaysia (UUM) with an LL.B. (Honours) Degree.
She was admitted to the High Court of the Malaya on 2nd July 2012 as an Advocate and Solicitor and has been actively practising as an Advocate and Solicitor since then till todate. She completed her pupillage at Messrs Azhar & Wong, Kuala Lumpur.
She commenced practice with Messrs Shanti Jeyapalan, Zeti Zulfah & Partners where she gained her experience in litigation mainly dealing with debt recovery including bankruptcy, winding up & foreclosure matters. She was later employed in the legal firm of Messrs Syed Alwi, Ng & Co in Johor Bahru in 2014, Messrs K.H. Koh, Azhar & Koh in July 2016 and she is now Managing Partner of Messrs Vimala Kasturi & Partners in Skudai branch.
During in her early years of practice, she handles litigation matters including banking litigation, probate, letter of administration and family law matters involving adoption, administration, distribution of estates, preparation of wills, trust deed and other related documents.
She also handles a wide range of conveyancing, real estate, & property matters including sales, purchases, mortgages, refinances, leases of residential, commercial & industrial properties, inclusive development projects. She was acquainted and well verse with all kind of conveyancing matters, such as direct purchase from developer, subsale, refinancing, tenancy, Will, advisory works and had represented for some prominent developers in Johor Bahru such as Horizon Hills Development Sdn Bhd, Huayang Bhd, Country View Resources Sdn Bhd and Tasek Maju Realty Sdn Bhd.
